Metal Banshee BNC-3E from Iron Wind Metals.
Worktroll over at the Battletech Forums asked me to walk through the process:
Base coat Vallejo Heavy Blue with the airbrush.
Ball up some Uhu Tac Adhesive putty and stick them to the miniature. (blue dots)
Heavy-ish coat of Vallejo Heavy Grey with the airbrush.
Ball up some Uhu Tac Adhesive putty and stick them to the miniature. (green dots)
Less Heavy coat of P3 Thrall Flesh with the airbrush attempting to avoid the undersides and innermost areas.
Remove the Uhu Tac.
That's it for the airbrush.
Conservative application of THIN Citadel Devlan Mud to the panel lines. Mostly on the areas that are pure Thrall Flesh.
Three stages of THIN edge highlight:
1/2 Thrall Flesh 1/2 P3 Menoth White Highlight.
Menoth White Highlight.
Citadel Skull White.
The canopy is Citadel Blazing Orange, Devlan Mud wash, add Menoth White Highlight to highlight.

The top of the base is painted P3 Bloodtracker Brown. The edge is P3 Thamar Black.
Army Painter Anti-Shine Varnish.

For the flag, I took a Battle Flag design and traced it on Caligraphy Rice Paper. Otherwise, acrylic. 30mm base.
The tree stump is something from Scenic Express, the wood works is wood, the rock is rock, the earth is Mig Europe Dry Mud.
